Standard shipping is our standard and $9 Flat rate. All orders placed by 10 a.m. EST can be processed the same business day. You will be provided a tracking number by email. We ship anywhere in the continental United States. Alaska and Hawaii shipments will incur additional shipping charges. You will be notified of the intended delivery date.
We ship Monday thru Wednesday. Orders placed after 10:00 a.m. EST on Wednesday will ship the following Monday.
Shipping FAQs
Madeline’s Pantry ships all of our packages via UPS from our bakery in Boston, Massachusetts. We currently do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii or outside the United States.
Saturday/Sunday are not standard delivery days
UPS delivers M-F and does NOT consider Saturday or Sunday to be standard delivery days. As such, Saturday and Sunday delivery is only available in certain limited areas and requires and additional shipping cost. Please use our contact page to inquire about weekend delivery.
Street Address Required
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes as UPS requires a numerical street address for all deliveries.
